We have prepared this section of the web site to answer some of the questions we hear most often from patients and visitors. As always, if you have any questions or concerns regarding services or programs, you are encouraged to ask any member of your health care team.

Your full co-operation is greatly appreciated.

Bicycle Lockers

The Hospital has fully contained bicycle lockers for use by staff, physicians, volunteers, or visitors. They are located at the front of the hospital just outside the main entrance, as well as outside the South Tower entrance and RCP rooftop. Anyone wishing to utilize a locker may do so but must supply their own lock and must remove their lock at the end of the visit so that others may access the units. The lockers are built to have the bike backed into the unit.

Cell Phone Policy

Please be advised cell phones and other wireless devices are restricted in all patient care areas of the hospital.

Please limit the use of these devices to entrances, lobbies, and cafeterias.

Support a Scent-Free Environment

To protect the health and well-being of our patients, visitors and staff, the HRSRH kindly requests that you do not wear or use any scented products while on hospital property.

Scented products linger long after an individual leaves an area. This can cause allergic reactions and respiratory distress for patients, visitors and staff.

Your co-operation in assisting the hospital to promote a fragrance-free environment is appreciated.

Thank you,

HRSRH Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee
