Our Nurse works with your local healthcare team as well as your team members in Toronto and Ottawa, to help coordinate services for your child to get the care he/she needs. The nurse provides support through home visits, hospital visits and telephone calls. She may also provide education and support to schools through classroom visits, meetings with teachers, arranging home schooling and helping your child return to school.
